Market will open on a flat note after a bounce back on yesterday.

U.S. stocks rose to a record, while sovereign bonds extended gains and the dollar slumped after central banks around the world continued a shift toward easier monetary policy.

Nifty formed a strong bullish candle or a bullish engulfing pattern on the daily charts
The index closed above its crucial resistance level of 11800, and wiped out most of the losses seen in previous 3 sessions. Now Nifty has a barrier at 11960 to cross to reclaim 12k mark.

Company has fixed 10th July as a record date for 1:1 bonus share.
Positive for the stock. 👍

🎯 Tata Motors :
Company’s corporate family rating and the company's senior unsecured instruments rating to Ba3 from Ba2. downgrade reflects the sustained deterioration in credit profile led by the weak performance of its 100 percent owned subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover.
Negative for the stock.
