Market will open on a negative note today after a volatile session on yesterday.

The US Federal Reserve held interest rates steady on June 19 but signalled possible rate cuts of as much as half a percentage point over the remainder of this year, as it responded to increased economic uncertainty and a drop in expected inflation.

Asian stocks were mixed after the Federal Reserve struck a dovish tone in its latest policy statement. US markets managed to remain in positive territory after Federal Reserve kept rates unchanged.
