1st November, Morning Brief

Market will start with a positive note in continuation of yesterday's bull run.

As mentioned yesterday, after shrugging off 10350 resistance for Nifty50, it had inched towards 10500, a next resistance.

A volatile session ended with almost 300 points' gain for the Nifty50 from it's day low backed by strong global cues resulted into a bullish candle.

India's ranking on World Bank's latest Ease of Doing Business leaped by 23 notches to the 77th rank.
Growth of eight infrastructure sectors slowed down to 4.3 % in September, the lowest in the last four months.
US$ appreciated against IN₹ by 27 paise to settle 73.95. These two things may pinch the traders' sentiments.

US markets also cheered the better expectations about margins of social giant, Facebook. Dow closed up with 241 points' gain whereas Nasdaq added 144 points and S&P rose by 1%.

Market will open on a positive note today.

Nifty has formed a bullish candle on the daily chart on Friday as bulls got full control over the session.

A slightly higher inflation rate (3.77 vs 3.69) and slower rate of industrial output for August month (4.3 vs 6.52) will keep indices under pressure today. But stock specific results may cherish the market on later part.

Nifty has resistance around 10550 from where it may re-test 10420 level in the day session. Major supper would be at 10190 for the this week.

11th October 2018 Morning Brief

Massive gap down opening expected today after a relief rally and short covering in beaten stocks yesterday.

As mentioned yesterday, Nifty has resistance at around 10500 and it didn't cross the level in yesterday's northward journey. Immediate support of 10190 can be tested today because of weakness in global cues. Nifty should close above 10400 to keep short term uptrend intact formed by last three sessions' higher lows. A breach of 10190 level in Nifty50 can trigger a panic selling into Indian markets.

The US markets declined on Wednesday as investors worried that sharply rising interest rates would constrain the nation’s historic economic expansion and fresh concern about the impact of the trade war with China. Asian markets were trading in red on Thursday after Wall Street suffered its worst fall in eight months.
