14th December, 2018 Morning Brief

Flat opening expected today after doji pattern formed yesterday on daily chart for Nifty50.

As mentioned in previous blog, Nifty didn't go beyond 10850 level because of some profit booking after two days' robust rally and closed below 10800 mark. It's important to see whether it will hold the 10740 level.

🎯 IOC :
Indian Oil Corporation’s board announced share buyback at 149 and dividend of Rs.6.75 per share.

🎯 Capital First :
NCLT approved amalgamation of Capital First and its two arms Capital First Home Finance and Capital First Securities with IDFC Bank.

🎯 Bharti Airtel / Idea :
Telecom tribunal sets aside TRAI’s tariff order of February on predatory pricing and discounted tariff. This brings relief to Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea as they continue to offer segmented plans. 

🎯 Lupin :
Company received tentative US FDA approval for Dimethyl Fumarate Delayed release capsules, 120 mg and 240 mg, which are indicated for the treatment of patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis.

🎯 Adani Enterprises :
Company's defence arm acquired 1.3 crore shares in Alpha Design Technologies for Rs 400 crore. 

🎯 Dilip Buildcon :
Company's arm received financial closure for its HAM project in Madhya Pradesh for Rs 1,004 crore.

🎯 GTL Infra :
Company said that the company is left with Rs.389 crore of operational costs due to non-occupied towers. 

🎯 Premier Explosives :
Company has received an order from an Israel company for design, development, fabrication and assembly of Rocket Motors. Order amount is $41,000 and is to be executed in six months.
