Indian market will open with a gap on positive cues. 

Asian stocks were steady Tuesday after technology shares spurred a Wall Street rally as Federal Reserve officials tried to soothe concerns about inflation.

Ajmera Realty & Infra India, Alkem Laboratories, AstraZeneca Pharma India, Bajaj Electricals, Bayer Crop Science, Emami, GATI, Indoco Remedies, Newgen Software Technologies, Thermax and VIP Industries, etc.

🎯 Grasim Industries : The company has posted a 35.7 percent jump in its Q4 net profit at Rs 480.2 crore versus Rs 353.8 crore and revenue was up 18.4 percent at Rs 4,394.2 crore versus Rs 3,712.1 crore, YoY. 

🎯 Mahanagar Gas : Standalone net profit was down 2 percent to Rs 212.8 crore against Rs 217.2 crore in the previous quarter. Standalone revenue was up 7.7 percent at Rs 717.6 crore against Rs 666.4 crore QoQ. Standalone EBITDA slipped 0.2 percent to Rs 316.1 crore against Rs 316.7 crore in Q3 FY21.

Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd: The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹6 crore in the March quarter as against loss of ₹28 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations moved up to ₹226 crore in Q4 FY21 from ₹190 crore in Q4 FY20.

🎯 Cipla : Swiss drug major Roche and Cipla on Monday launched the first batch of antibody cocktail against covid-19 in India. The antibody cocktail —Casirivimab and Imdevimab — is priced at ₹59,750 per dose. Roche's antibody cocktail was given to the previous US president, Donald Trump, when he contracted covid-19 last year.

🎯 Cadila : Zydus Cadila launched Ujvira, a drug used for treatment of breast cancer. The company has launched Trastuzumab Emtansine, the first antibody drug conjugate (ADC) biosimilar and a highly effective drug for treating both early and advanced HER2 positive breast cancer, under the brand name Ujvira, Zydus Cadila said in a statement.

🎯 Bal Pharma : The company launched Favipiravir formulation into the Indian market, under the brand name BALflu.

🎯 JK Paper : The company's board of directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share. 

🎯 Bannari Aman Sugar : Recommends dividend of Rs. 10 per share

🎯 The Lakshmi Machinery Works : The company recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

🎯 Panacea Biotec : The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Panacea Biotec announced the start of production of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine against coronavirus in the latter’s facility in India, making it the first batch to be domestically manufactured in India.
