29th November, 2018 Morning Brief

A gap up opening expected today as SGX Nifty is trading up by 95 points backed by strong gains in US markets yesterday.

US markets posted strong gains after a dovish tone from the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell fueled speculation the central bank may pause lifting interest rates next year.

Another green candle was plotted on the daily chart for Nifty50 yesterday. With a strong start, index will breach it's initial resistance of 10770 but may not cross 10850 level today. Today is the expiry day for November month expiry of derivative contracts.
