Asian markets are trading in negative. Hang Seng down by 187 points & Nikkei by 107 points. SGX Nifty trading 20 points lower at 9190 indicating weak start to our markets.
Nifty Fut has support at 9190 and 9100 levels.

🎯 ITC: 
Diversified ITC is expanding its juice portfolio with an aim to garner around 20 per cent market share in five years in the packaged fruit juice segment, currently estimated to be around Rs 2,500-crore. 

🎯 Vedanta: Runaya Metsource, a company promoted by Vedanta Ltd Chairman Navin Agarwal's son Naivedya Agarwal, has signed an agreement with Russian aluminium firm UC Rusal for a 50:50 joint venture in India. 

🎯 Reliance Defence and Engineering: 
The company will announce its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 on Tuesday later in the day. 

🎯 Unitech: 
A local court on Monday granted interim bail to real estate company Unitech's Managing Directors Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra for three months. 

🎯 Reliance Industries:
Reliance Jio Infocomm has promised to come out with “exciting” tariff packs to attract new subscribers and to hold on to its 72 million-plus Prime members, signalling sustained price war in the mobile industry and further pressure on financials of incumbent carriers. 

🎯 Archies Ltd: 
Smallcaps czar Porinju Veliyath-led Equity Intelligence India bought 4,00,000 shares of Archies Ltd on April 10 at Rs 29.15 a share. 

🎯 Suzlon: 
Wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon Group on Monday said it has bagged an order of 50.4 MW to supply 24 units of its S111 turbines of 120 meters from a power producer for its project in Karnataka. 

🎯 Majesco: 
The company announced that a tier two specialty insurer renewed its application management services agreement with Majesco for three years to support a number of key operational systems. The insurer is focused on specialty related insurance in the US. The agreement will provide the insurer end to end support of some of their key operational systems for three years. The application management services are part of Majesco's ADM services. The insurer has been a long-term strategic client of Majesco. 

🎯 Indiabulls Ventures: 
Indiabulls Ventures said it has allotted an aggregate of 3.36 crore fully paid up equity shares to promoter group entities of the company, upon exercise/conversion of equivalent number of warrants. 

🎯 Hindustan Composites:
The company said its board at a meeting held on April 10, 2017, considered a proposal for 2-for-1 stock split. The board decided to seek shareholders' approval through postal ballot process for the stock split proposal. 

🎯 Capital First: 
Capital First said the meeting of the debenture committee of the board of directors of the company will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017, to consider the private placement of rated, listed, secured/unsecured/perpetual, redeemable, non-convertible securities in the nature of debentures to be listed on the debt market segment of National Stock Exchange of India. 

🎯 Rodington (India): 
The company on Monday announced that its overseas step down subsidiary, Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS sold its entire holding of 51 per cent in its subsidiary, Adeo Bilisim Danismanlik Hizmetleri San ve Tic AS, Turkey, for $1.65 million.
